Job Overview

As a Paid Advertising Manager you will be responsible for the creation, optimization, and day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which include paid search, display, social, and OTT advertising strategies. Paid Advertising Managers work with Content Creators and our Client Success Team to ensure advertising strategies are aligned with overarching marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch including targeting and advertising budgets

  • Building out advertising budgets for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid advertising

  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid advertising KPIs

  • Conducting in-depth ad grouping and audience targeting

  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization

  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders

  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

  • Provide monthly reporting by account based on established KPIs to Client Success Team

  • Aid in Strategic Planning

  • Utilizing UTMs to track campaign performance

Important metrics Paid Advertising Manager will lead:

  • Cost & click performance

  • Impressions/total reach

  • Website traffic

Requirements

  • Must be available to work in the Rochester office Monday - Thursday.

  • 2 or more years experience with the following skills:

    • Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager

      • Custom audiences

      • Attribution modeling

      • Testing

    • Google Ads Platform

      • Search Ads

      • Display Ads

      • Video Ads

    • Geofencing Platform (GroundTruth preferred)

    • Planning Tools & Conversion Metrics

      • SEMRush

      • Google Keyword Planner

      • Pixel & Conversion setup & troubleshooting

  • Must have strong organizational skills as well as attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
